Heart trust NTA is a vocational skill training programme in Jamaica where they train and qualify individuals for the workforce locally and overseas. The areas in which Heart Trust NTA train and qualify these individuals are:

Candidates Selection
All candidtes, upon selection for a job placement in the US will have to undergo rigorous criminal background check & police records, as well as medical examinations to ensure the best suited candidate is placed in overseas jobs.
Language
Candidtates will also be tested on their English communication skills to ensure they are able to communicate in a proper manner both verbally & written.

At MD Placement Service, we seek to recruit individuals with a positive mindset and winning personalities, but most importantly, individuals who will be ambassadors to Jamaica.
Our intention is to place all candidates in positions based on their skills and interest.
We accept applications for overseas jobs throughout the year, therefore there is no deadline for application.
We will assist you in coordinating every aspect of your trip to make this a rewarding experience by arranging job placement, housing, visa documentation, embassy visit, pre-departure orientation, and more.

Applicants must be:
- 19 to 50 Years Old
- Willing to participate in a skilled, unskilled or service sector job
- Able to work up to 10 months
The H2B Visa programme is divided into 2 seasons:
- Summer Job; Start from April 1st
- Winter Job; Start from October 1st
At MD Staffing, we adhere to the H2B rules & regulations, workers are responsible for the living expense, rent, utilities, personal items & food.
